This is a safe and secure product manufactured in an FSSC22000 certified factory. *Please note that this product has a shelf life of 6 months from manufacture. • 【How to Prepare Delicious Matcha】① Warm the chasen (bamboo whisk) and chawan (tea bowl) with hot water. Discard the water and wipe the chawan dry. ② Put two scoops (approx. 2g) of sieved matcha into the chawan with a chashaku (bamboo scoop). ③ Pour approximately 100cc of hot water. ④ Whisk vigorously with the chasen until foamy. When the foam becomes fine, lift the chasen and it's ready.
